4. What contributions have you made in your current company - what are some of your key achievements?
5. What personality strengths can you bring to our organization?
6. We are currently interviewing several candidates for the position, why should we hire you?
7. What kind of role would you ideally like to take in your next position?
8. Tell me about your (****) experience.
Please also be sure to ask three or four questions at the end of the interview.
I am including some examples below that would be good to ask
1. What exactly would my day to day responsibilities be?
2. What would be the key challenges for the job holder over the next three months?
3. What challenges is the organization facing?
4. What is the next step in the process? ( a very good question to ask if you feel the meeting has gone well to add a closure to the meeting)
