ambitious

putting a lot of effort into your work:

diligent
adjective
approving careful and using a lot of effort:
a diligent student Leo is very diligent in/about his work.
Their lawyer was extremely diligent in preparing their case.
done in a careful and detailed way:
The discovery was made after years of diligent research.
due diligence
noun
action that is considered reasonable for people to be expected to take in order to keep themselves or others and their property safe: People have to exercise due diligence and watch what's being bought on their credit cards.
initiative
noun
a new plan or process to achieve something or solve a problem: The peace initiative was welcomed by both sides.
methodical
adjective
Methodical people do things in a very ordered, careful way: Tom is a very methodical person and writes a list for everything.

collaborate
verb
to work with someone else for a special purpose:
Two writers collaborated on the script for the film.
A German company collaborated with a Swiss firm to develop the product. The British and Italian police collaborated in catching the terrorists.
